Since I volunteered to make the C&W 2003 Conference Program work on Palm Reader, I guess it's time to learn Palm Markup Language.

It's now the next day. By converting the original program from .rtf. to .txt, and then adding in chapter tags (to create a table of contents) and page breaks, I was able to produce a useable Palm Reader document fairly easily using Palm Drop Book. Even was able to add in the conference cover image as a splash page.
