It's been awhile since I have blogged regularly, and I'm ready to do so again now that other obligations have lessened. While I will occasionally post here, I intend to do more writing in my blog space at Kairosnews. For instance, I posted yesterday about the CC-BY vs CC-BY-SA licensing debates in open education and the definition of open content.
